5G RU- Radio Unit

In support of the 5G network expansion, Nybsys has developed innovative radio technology capable of operating across a broad spectrum of frequencies and under various conditions. Here are the product series available from Nybsys:

    • X-RAN: These are O-RAN supported provides all different 5G use cases eMBB, uRLLC and mMTC. A wide range of radios starting from indoor picocell to 32T32R massive MIMO radio with beamforming capabilities.
    • Femtocell: Integrated small-cell/ femtocell radios covering small areas both indoor and outdoor. Together with our femto security gateway and controller, we offer over the internet best networks for carriers to expand their RAN network instantly.
    • Micro Cell: All-in-one, integrated Outdoor 5G base station can be deployed quickly to provide coverage for 5G-enabled devices.
    • Mini Macro: Macro 5G RRU with high PA (20 to 40 watt) and Multi RAT technology offers industry-leading technology for wide area coverage. Perfect for public safety and large area coverage requirement for any 5G deployments. 4 different radios are available to fit customer needs on 5G RAN.

Nybsys’ NL 2300 series comprises integrated small cell radios that support both 4G and 5G RF bands. Nybsys Micro 4G/5G RUs offer the perfect solution for All-in-One (AIO) outdoor small cells that can swiftly establish a cellular network at any location and at any time. Installation is very easy, super convenient, and plug-and-play. The Micro RU can seamlessly operate using the MNO’s own backhaul network or connect via the internet through an IPSec Gateway. It’s an ideal choice for low-density coverage scenarios. With a radio output of up to 40 Watts, we provide an affordable solution for expanding rural broadband coverage in Africa and Asia.
